Pax Christi Chorale's Second Annual "The Children's Messiah on Dec. 11

Join Pax Christi Chorale for the Second Annual „The Children’s Messiah”

TORONTO – November 24, 2010 -- Under the direction of Stephanie Martin, Pax Christi Chorale is one of Canada’s leading oratorio choirs, praised by our guest soloists, musicians and audience members alike for the choir’s sincere and passionate performances. Pax Christi Chorale joined forces last year with Stephanie Martin’s other choir, the Gallery Choir at the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene, to launch a new outreach initiative, “The Children’s Messiah”. This is a performance of Handel’s Messiah designed with children and youth in mind. It is one hour in length and is narrated by Father David Harrison from the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene. All orchestra musicians, soloists and choristers donate their time and talent and admission is free for children and youth and pay-what-you-can for adults. We are pleased to present the second annual performance of this concert with a stellar line-up of soloists. We hope you can join us!
